At LSFRCA, we provide high-quality training delivered on fixed schedules. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations and refunds for our half-day and 6-week courses.
 

1. LSFRCA Participant Cancellation Policy
 

• More than 14 Days Before the Start Date: If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the scheduled start date, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.

• Within 14 Days of the Start Date: Refunds are not available

• Non-Attendance (No Show): If you fail to attend a half-day course or any session of a 6-week program without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
   

2. Course Transfers

If you cannot attend your fixed date, you may request a transfer to a future cohort:

• 6 week course: Transfers are available free of charge if requested before the original course start date.
   

• Half-Day Course: Due to strict faculty-to-candidate ratios and advance study leave commitments by the faculty, transfers for half-day courses are not guaranteed. A transfer will only be approved if we are able to successfully fill your space prior to the course start date, or if your withdrawal does not impact our pre-arranged faculty requirements. All transfer approvals are at the sole discretion of LSFRCA.
   

• Transfers are subject to availability in future cohorts.
   

For 6-week programs, we cannot "split" a booking; transfers apply to the full 6-week block only.

 

3. Refunds Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 48 hours.

• We will request your bank account details (Account Name, Sort Code, Account Number) to process the return. For security and fraud prevention, we may require a screenshot or receipt of the original transaction to ensure funds are returned to the same account. 
   

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
  
   

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be made in writing to ensure an accurate record of the request date.

• Required Info: Full Name, Course Name, and Scheduled Course Date.
  
   

5. Cancellations by LSFRCA

If we must cancel a course due to instructor illness, low enrolment, or unforeseen circumstances:

• You will be notified immediately via the email provided at booking.

• You will be offered the choice between a full refund or a transfer to the next available fixed date.
