Refund and Cancellation Policy

At LSFRCA, we aim to provide high-quality courses. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. We have designed our refund policy to be as fair and transparent as possible.

 

1. Participant Cancellations

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee regarding cancellations made prior to the course commencing.

• Cancellations Before the Start Date: If you request a refund at any time before the scheduled start date/time of the course, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid. There are no administration fees for early cancellations.

• Cancellations On or After the Start Date: Once the course has officially commenced, we are unable to offer a refund.

• Non-Attendance (No Show): If you fail to attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
   

 

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team in writing. This ensures we have a clear record of your request date.

Please include your Full Name, Course name and the Course Date in your communication.
 

 

3. Refunds Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 48 hours.

• The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
   

 

4. Course Transfers

If you do not wish to cancel but simply need to change dates:

• You may request to transfer to a different course date free of charge, provided the request is made before the original course start date.

• Transfers are subject to availability on the new requested dates.
   

 

5. Cancellations by LSFRCA

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course due to instructor illness, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances:

• You will be notified as soon as possible.

• You will be offered a choice between a full refund or a transfer to a future course date.
