1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and paying for any online course, session, or material provided by LSFRCA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with booking.

2. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

All course content, including but not limited to SBA questions, lecture slides, Mentimeter presentations, and website copy, is the exclusive intellectual property of LSFRCA.
 

• No Recording: Candidates are strictly prohibited from recording (audio, video, or screen-recording) any part of our Google Meet sessions, online lectures, and interactive breakdowns.

• No Distribution: You may not screenshot, copy, reproduce, or share our SBA questions, lecture materials, or Mentimeter links with any third parties, study groups, or on social media.

• Any unauthorized distribution of LSFRCA materials will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund and may lead to further legal action to protect our intellectual property.
  
   

3. Professional Conduct

LSFRCA is built on a foundation of peer-based learning and psychological safety. We expect all candidates to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct during our live Google Meet sessions.
 

• Confidentiality: Candidates must respect the privacy of their peers. Performance during interactive SBA breakdowns or any identifying information shared during online lectures must not be discussed outside the course.

• Behavior: Any candidate demonstrating disruptive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior towards the faculty or fellow candidates in the Google Meet environment will be removed from the course immediately without a refund.
  
   

4. Medical and Liability Disclaimer

LSFRCA is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA).
 

• The content provided in our online courses is designed strictly for examination preparation. It does not constitute clinical guidelines, protocols, or medical advice for patient care.

• While our faculty strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, LSFRCA accepts no liability for any clinical decisions made by candidates in their own practice.

• Participation in our courses does not guarantee success in the Primary FRCA examination.
  
   

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All bookings are subject to our refund policy, which outlines our rules regarding cancellations, no-shows, and transfers for our digital courses.

 

6. Deanery Funded Places

For candidates securing a place funded by the West Midlands Deanery, all standard Terms & Conditions apply. Failure to attend a funded Google Meet session without appropriate notice may be reported back to the Deanery to ensure funding is not wasted.
